Mostbet license: Bizbon N.V. and Curaçao CGB

Mostbet holds two licenses: a new direct Curaçao Gaming Control Board (CGB) license and an older master sub-license. This page explains the legal status of each, the changes under the LOK 2024 law, and the operator details.

Operator legal entity: Bizbon N.V.

Mostbet is a trademark operated by Bizbon N.V. Bizbon N.V. is registered with Curaçao Chamber of Commerce & Industry, registration number 141081. Registered address: Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25 Unit 11, Willemstad, Curaçao. This is a standard Curaçao offshore corporate structure. The Mostbet brand runs through several domains (mostbet.com, mostbet-uz.com and regional mirrors), but all under the same Bizbon N.V. legal entity.

New LOK direct license (OGL/2024/597/0249)

Current active license: OGL/2024/597/0249, issued by Curaçao Gaming Control Board (CGB). Active since 2025-09-23. This is a direct license under the new LOK (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, 2024) law — CGB now supervises each operator individually and abolished the sub-license system. The LOK license requires the following standards: KYC, AML, responsible-gambling, provably-fair technology and audit.

Legacy master sub-license (8048/JAZ2016-065)

Bizbon N.V. also retains the older Curaçao master sub-license: 8048/JAZ2016-065 (status: phasing out). Before 24 December 2024, Curaçao gambling regulation worked through a master + sub-license system — master holders issued licenses to second-tier operators. The LOK law abolished this system and every operator must now obtain a direct license from CGB. The legacy number remains in the historical record, but the new direct license is the operative legal basis.

What does the Curaçao CGB license require?

The CGB license requires: (1) KYC — biometric identity verification; (2) AML — anti-money-laundering monitoring; (3) responsible-gambling features (deposit limit, self-exclusion); (4) provably-fair RNG (for casino games); (5) regular financial audit; (6) complaints process. CGB is an internationally recognised regulator, but less strict than the leading EU regulators (Malta MGA, UK Gambling Commission). CGB accepts complaints via gcb.cw.

Relevance for Uzbekistan users

The Curaçao license legitimises operator activity in its own jurisdiction but has no bearing on legal status inside Uzbekistan. For UZ users: (1) legal protection is limited — disputes go through Curaçao CGB, not local courts; (2) the operator follows KYC and data-protection standards (Curaçao, not GDPR); (3) winnings are subject to Uzbekistan tax.
