What is a slot and how does it work?
A slot is a computer version of the old mechanical slot machine. The player sets a stake and presses "Spin" — the slot reels rotate and symbols appear randomly. Defined symbol combinations pay out. Modern slots use 5×3 or 5×4 grids, 10-100 paylines, bonus modes and free-spin features. An RNG (Random Number Generator) determines each spin independently.
